S. Ashley Jaber
S. Ashley Jaber is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. Ms. Jaber represents both public and privately-held clients in a broad range of corporate and securities matters. She also assists clients in the filing of registration statements and in complying with their ongoing SEC reporting obligations.
Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, Ms. Jaber worked in Global Risk Management at S&P Global Ratings where she analyzed internal controls relating to the credit rating process for investment instruments, including debt securities and structured finance products. She also worked as a Legal Intern at the International Securities Exchange, FINRA, and the SEC where she was exposed to a wide range of federal securities law issues.
Before attending law school, Ms. Jaber worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP where she conducted quarterly and annual audits on SEC registrants to ensure compliance under Sarbanes-Oxley.
Ms. Jaber received a joint JD/MBA degree in 2015 from the University of San Francisco, where she focused on business law and finance. She received a B.A. in Business Management Economics with an emphasis in accounting in 2010 from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
