Grant Levine is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. Mr. Levine represents public and privately-held clients in a range of corporate, securities and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP, Mr. Levine worked as the Chief Compliance Officer for a SEC-registered robo-adviser where he managed the adviser’s legal and compliance program, and as Counsel & Compliance Officer for the adviser’s financial technology company where he led enterprise licensing transactions for the company’s API and blockchain products. Mr. Levine began his career as an associate with the technology and operations division of a prominent financial industry trade association. During law school, he worked with state and federal financial regulators and self-regulatory-organizations.
Mr. Levine received his JD in 2015 from Brooklyn Law School, where he focused on business and securities law. He received his BA in Political Science in 2011 from Syracuse University.
